Your role
As Lead Data Analytics, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and executing our data strategy. You lead a team of five data professionals, set priorities, safeguard the quality of analyses and dashboards, and continuously increase the organization’s data maturity. You work closely with multiple business units and act as a bridge between business and IT. You report to the Manager SFE & Data Analytics and are part of the Digital & Data Analytics department.
What will you do?

Lead the Data Analytics team by coaching, developing, and providing clear direction

Perform in-depth analyses for various business units, such as customer satisfaction, sales opportunities, and accessibility

Prioritize and manage the analytics backlog

Translate and implement the Data & Analytics strategy

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making

Ensure data quality, data governance, and compliance
-
Drive innovation through new analytical techniques, machine learning, and AI
-
Collaborate closely with departments such as Sales, Customer Contact Center, Category Management, and Marketing
-
Translate complex analyses into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
-
Initiate and lead projects focused on data-driven ways of working

Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
What do you bring?
Requirements

Master’s level of thinking and working (WO)
-
At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role

Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a matrix organization
Knowledge & skills

Strong expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools

Experience with SQL, Python, R and/or Cognos
