About The Role
As part of a Scrum team within our Composable Development pillar, you will act as the link between the customers, business stakeholders and the development team. You will ensure that customers needs are clearly understood, translated into user stories, and successfully delivered through agile processes.
You will contribute to building customer-centric digital products by combining strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of user experience and business processes.
Key Responsibilities – What will you do?
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support backlog refinement and prioritization together with the Product Owner
- Ensure backlog items are well-defined and ready for sprint planning
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams
- Facilitate clear communication and shared understanding across all parties
- Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Document findings and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Support QA processes to ensure user stories are properly implemented
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience
- Contribute to evolving best practices within the team
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a digital or agile environment
- Strong understanding of digital product development, UX/UI principles, and customer-centric design
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, structured deliverables
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Fluency in English and Swedish (spoken and written)
