Commercial Product Manager - PPE, Nursing & Facility

In this role, you won’t just manage products, you will shape categories that support healthcare professionals and patients every single day. You will have full responsibility for the PPE and Nursing & Facility portfolio in Sweden, working closely with Nordic colleagues and supplier partners to ensure Mediq remains competitive, relevant, and future-ready.
Your Mission
As Commercial Product Manager, you will drive the commercial success of your categories by balancing strategic category development with operational excellence, ensuring the right products are available, compliant, sustainable, and aligned with customer needs.
What you will do
- Own and develop the PPE and Nursing & Facility categories for the Swedish market
- Drive category strategies based on market insights, healthcare trends, tender requirements, and pricing dynamics
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including assortment decisions, data accuracy, and system alignment
- Act as a product expert and share knowledge with sales and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, marketing, and Nordic teams
- Work closely with suppliers to maintain a competitive and up-to-date portfolio
What You Bring
- Experience from a commercial role such as product management, category management, tender management, or healthcare sales
- Understanding of PPE, Nursing & Facility or strong motivation to build deep expertise
- Structured and analytical mindset with the ability to move between strategy and execution
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Good data skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken
