The ERP Sales and Customer Service Specialist, will play a critical role in supporting the Customer Sales Solutions Manager with all our customer sales data in our ERP system. In this role, you will work closely with the IT department and other functional teams to ensure Mediq’s high standards of quality and service are met.

 

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

 

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Sales teams to gather business requirements and translate them into IFS system configurations and process enhancements.
  • Support the design, testing, and deployment of IFS modules related to order management, customer interactions, pricing, quotations, and sales reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the ERP technical team to ensure seamless integration and user adoption.
  • Assist in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions for the Customer Service and Sales departments super users.
  • Provide ongoing support during and after go-live, troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

 

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary to meet business needs.

 

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

 

  • 3+ years’ experience working with ERP systems (IFS experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service and/or Sales processes in a business environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages, both written and verbal.
