As part of our Nordic organization, you will work closely with colleagues across Finance, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and senior leadership teams in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. You will act as a trusted analytics partner, transforming complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that support performance, profitability, and strategic decision-making.

About the role

As a Finance Data Analyst, you will be part of the Nordic Finance organization. You will play a key role in developing analytical solutions, financial reporting, forecasting support, business performance management, and decision-making across the Nordic organization.

The role combines strong analytical capabilities, finance understanding, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement. You will work across countries and functions, providing meaningful insights through data while helping the business identify opportunities to improve performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Support profitability analysis, pricing analysis, margin optimization, and cost management initiatives.
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear business recommendations for management and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to finance transformation, reporting standardization, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic projects, business cases, and ad hoc analyses supporting decision-making across the Nordics.

What you bring

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within Finance Analytics, FP&A, Business Control, Financial Reporting, Data Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate reporting and analytical processes. Reduce manual data handling and improve the reliability and scalability of recurring reports, including use of AI.
  • Experience working with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, performance management, and KPI reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, data modeling, and complex financial analysis.
  • Hands-on experience working with Power BI and creating interactive dashboards and management reporting.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and integrating data from multiple business sources.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience working with large datasets and driving insights through data visualization and advanced analysis.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
