IT Support Coordinator – Join Mediq in the Nordics & Baltics

Are you passionate about delivering excellent technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations? Mediq is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team supporting the Nordics and Baltics region. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT issues, helping keep our teams productive and our systems running efficiently.

What You Will Do

• Provide first‑line support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems or escalate when needed.
• Triage incoming incidents and service requests using Topdesk.
• Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain clear documentation, guidelines and knowledge base articles.
• Prepare user management reports and track SLA performance.
• Identify recurring technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Support day‑to‑day operational IT tasks across the Nordic region.

What You Bring

• Education in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years’ experience in IT support or service desk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365 and basic networking.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Topdesk or Jira; understanding of ITIL.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working with international teams in English and Swedish.

Location & Travel

Based at the local office in Kungsbacka, Sweden with some domestic and regional travel required.
