What You Will Do

• Plan and execute annual and weekly sales activities
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions including bedside support
• Influence tender content and support tender positioning
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Tender & Contracting, Customer Service, and more

What You Bring

• Background or experience in healthcare, preferable in woundcare (e.g., nurse)
• Strong commercial mindset with analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent presentation and training capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Swedish
• Structured approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Team-oriented mindset with strong customer focus
• Agile, adaptable, and proactive attitude

Location and Travel

This role is home-based, but the head office is in Kungsbacka, which you will need to visit for various purposes from time to time.

The role includes travel, and occasional overnight stays as a natural part of the job. Also work at trade fairs and similar events will be a part of the role.
