Product Specialist (Endoscopy Solutions)

We are looking for a Product Specialist who will play a key role in developing the endoscopy portfolio, support customers, and drive sustainable growth across the market.

Your Mission
This is a specialist commercial role with a strong clinical and solution‑oriented focus. You will be responsible for driving growth within endoscopy equipment and related solutions, working closely with hospitals and clinical stakeholders. By combining product expertise with market insight, you will help position Mediq as a trusted partner in endoscopy care.
Key Responsibilities – What will you do?
- Drive sales and gross profit growth within the endoscopy equipment and solutions portfolio
- Execute product and market strategies focused on endoscopy workflows and clinical needs
- Build and manage long‑term relationships with key hospital customers and clinical decision‑makers
- Support tenders, product evaluations, and implementation of endoscopy equipment and systems
- Act as a clinical and commercial expert, providing training, demonstrations, and value‑based solutions
- Collaborate closely with sales, supply chain, and marketing to ensure successful roll‑out of endoscopy solutions
Endoscopy Focus – Market, Clinical & Solution Expertise
You will work hands‑on with endoscopy equipment and solutions, developing a deep understanding of clinical procedures, workflows, and user needs. By staying close to market trends and technological developments, you will help translate clinical requirements into effective commercial strategies that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
What You Bring
- A strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive results
- Experience in customer-facing roles within medical, healthcare, or life science sectors
- Hands-on experience with endoscopy equipment and solutions, ideally within hospital or clinical environments
- Solid understanding of endoscopy workflows, customer needs, and clinical decision-making processes
- Ability to translate customer needs into sustainable commercial growth
- Analytical and structured approach combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Relevant academic background and fluency in Swedish and English
- A collaborative, proactive, and self-driven attitude

Location & Travel
This role can be based remotely anywhere in Sweden, with preference for the southern region. Regular travel is expected for customer visits, clinical support, and training activities.
