What You Will Do
- Plan and execute annual and weekly sales activities mainly in Region Skåne
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions including bedside support
- Influence tender content and support tender positioning
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Tender & Contracting, Customer Service, and more
What You Bring
- Background or experience in healthcare, preferable in woundcare (e.g., nurse)
- Strong commercial mindset with analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation and training capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Swedish
- Structured approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Team-oriented mindset with strong customer focus
- Agile, adaptable, and proactive attitude
