Project Lead – Customer Care

 

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Project Lead to join our team in Customer Care. This is your opportunity to work for a leading company where you enable sustainable healthcare and make a difference to society every day. 

The Project Lead works within the Nordic COO area and is responsible for the successful execution of multidisciplinary, complex and ad hoc projects related to the operational and customer care processes.

 

What we would like you to contribute with:

 

The Project Lead sets up projects, is involved in large business projects, executes projects, and measures and reports the results through improved KPIs and SLAs. Ensures active relationship management with stakeholders throughout the organization with the aim of bringing projects to an excellent conclusion. Carries out projects within the agreements on specifications, time, money and resources.

 

  • Drawing up numerically substantiated project plans (including capacity planning) and adapting working methods to the spirit of the times (Agile).
  • Takes care of (optimization of) projects within the operations teams: analysis, development, planning, implementation, progress monitoring, quality control and creating support for the line/business.
  • Independently collect the necessary resources for projects.
  • Responsible for communication within and about the projects with the project sponsors, business owners, project staff and other stakeholders.
  • Reports on and evaluates the results of the project and makes proposals for follow-up and ensures any adjustments to the project.
  • Planning, executing and supervising one's own activity; create support in the line organization.
  • Takes care of maintenance and the active use of relationships within his own department and with other departments.
  • Ensuring a realistic project annual plan.
  • Actively propagating the cultural values to management, staff, team leaders, customer contact specialists and employees

 

What experience we are looking for

 

We’re looking for someone with a background in process improvement and managing complex processes and operations. You will have a strong project management toolbox: planning, organizing, negotiating, analyzing, reporting and coaching.

 

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent command of the English language and good command local Nordic languages
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Thriving and able to keep a level head in ambiguous and intense periods
  • Empathetic by nature
  • Awareness of quality and commercial interests
  • Able to manage and oversee multiple projects
  • Customer-friendly and flexible attitude
  • Fast learning ability
