We are looking for an experienced agile scrum professional to work with complex web applications and online platforms. This is a maternity cover contract planned for 12 months
Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

Manage the development process together with the product owner and the development team.

Organize scrum-events/artefacts according to scrum-methodology.

Coach the team and organization on agile scrum practices.

Together with the product owner, ensure that the requirements are transformed into a well-functioning e-commerce environment.

Form the bridge between the business (user organization) and IT, both the internal IT organization and external suppliers.

Guarantee the functionality of the interfaces and the entire IT chain.

Responsible for testing and delivering quality together with the business.

Responsible for the support and management of the e-commerce solutions, including security, privacy and performance.

Contribute to the organization's agile strategy.
Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?
-
At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master within the digital online domain in a technical field (web development).

Experience as a Scrum Master in a hybrid environment with external resources.

PSM certification is an advantage.

Experience of Composable Commerce is an advantage.

Experience with incident management and communication with user organization.

Fluent English, both written and verbal and feel comfortable in a global environment.

Experience tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Azure Devops.
