About the Role

In the Nordics, we are on an ambitious transformation journey, and to achieve our vision, we are seeking a highly driven and structured Transformation PMO Manager to join our Group Transformation team. This pivotal role is accountable for the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional strategic projects and programs across our Nordic operations. The PMO Manager will focus on hands-on execution and project leadership for the transformation portfolio, ensuring alignment with senior stakeholders and maintaining momentum through structured governance and steering committees.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Nordic Transformation agenda, including scoping, resourcing, and overseeing delivery of high-impact, cross-functional projects and programs.
  • Continuously update the transformation roadmap in alignment with Nordic Management Teams and global functional leads.
  • Ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality execution of transformation initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Lead select strategic projects directly as needed, providing hands-on project and program management.
  • Support the Head of Strategy & Transformation in executing SteerCo priorities and driving portfolio governance.
  • Facilitate alignment across business units and functions, proactively identifying and resolving cross-functional issues with material business impact.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on transformation progress to senior stakeholders, including Nordic management and the Managing Director.

 

Role Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of experience in management consulting or a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
  • Proven experience in PMO, strategy execution, and/or performance improvement within complex organizations.
  • MSc in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and strong proficiency in English.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity and structure in fast-paced environments.
