Commercial Product Manager

 

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Commercial Product Manager to join our team. This is your opportunity to work for a leading company where you enable sustainable healthcare and make a difference to society every day.  
We are looking  for a healthcare professional with a commercial mindset – maybe you are a nurse who have worked at a hospital or healthcare clinic or a product specialist from a medtech or healthcare products supplier. 


As a Commercial Product Manager, you set the assortment priorities by looking at gross profit contribution, and you will visit the customers to drive them towards our preferred assortment. Your primary responsibility will be within Nursing and Facility.

 

What we would like you to contribute with:


As a Commercial Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the success of our product range. You will define the priorities for product conversions, work closely with both internal teams and customers, and monitor performance to ensure we meet our goals. This role also involves frequent customer interaction; you will spend about 50% of your time out in the field to build relationships and guide customers and decision makers. You will also take part of local trade fairs and conferences to keep up with market trends to ensure our products are well-positioned for success.


•    Ensure the product conversion priorities are clear and implemented in the team
•    Support the budget process in defining sales initiatives related to your category
•    Review the monthly progress and develop corrective actions
•    Ensure the right products are positioned in tenders and that there is a clear roadmap of product & category promotions across channels as sales, online or paper. 
•    Run online & live information sessions and training for your customers

 

What experience we are looking for:


We’re looking for someone with a background in healthcare and product management who thrives in a customer-facing role. Whether you come from a clinical background or have experience with medical products, your ability to analyze market trends and build relationships will be key to your success. 


•    Bachelor's degree in healthcare, or a related field
•    Experience in product management within the medical or healthcare industry, with a focus on wholesale distribution and tender positioning.
•    Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to translate market trends into actionable product plans, with a focus on achieving revenue and market share goals
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
•    In-depth knowledge of medical product regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
•    Fluent in Swedish & English, both verbally and written
