As the Strategy & Transformation Manager you will play a key role in defining and delivering on our strategic transformation journey, and supporting the organization as we enable sustainable healthcare. It is a high exposure role towards Mediq Management as well as the board and Private equity investor.
Being part of the Strategy & Transformation team means you’ll be involved in a variety of strategic and high-priority projects across markets, business areas and functions. You will get an excellent opportunity to show direct strategic and P&L impact with high exposure to senior leadership and the possibility to take the next step in your career in the healthcare and private equity industry.
Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?
- Develop and ensure progress on our strategic transformation agenda
- Lead and/or facilitate strategic projects and complex problem-solving initiatives across Mediq Nordics, providing hands-on project management and program management
- Ensure timely, on-budget and high quality execution of initiatives across the portfolio and provide regular progress updates and in-sights to senior leadership
- Perform deep analysis and develop insights for decision-making for top management
- Executing SteerCo priorities and driving portfolio governance
Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?
- Master in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience from a top-tier management consulting firm, in addition to 2-3 years of experience within in-house consulting functions
- Alternatively, 5-7 years of experience from an operational role in an international company from a relevant industry
- Experience within commercial, product management or operations in addition to your strategy/transformation background is an advantage
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages and strong proficiency in English
- Strong business acumen and problem solving skills to translate abstract challenges into simple and structured actions plans
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate several workstream to impact including challenging senior stakeholder on progress
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Based out of our offices in Gothenburg/Kungsbacka, Sweden. Alternative but with more travel, in Copenhagen or Stockholm
Travel:
20% (40% if based outside of Gothenburg/Kungsbacka area)
