Commercial Analytics Lead

About the role

 

As an experienced Commercial Analytics Lead, you will play a key role in driving performance across sales, e‑commerce, marketing and customer service. This is a newly created role where you will help define the  analytics agenda, translate complex data into clear insights and actions, and influence strategic decision‑making across the Nordics. Over time, you will have the opportunity to build and shape this area further. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of business and analytics: you set direction, but you’re also deeply involved in the work.

 

What you will own

 

  • Identify and drive commercial growth initiatives based on data together with the team
  • Lead and develop our format for monthly performance reviews for our e‑commerce channels
  • Establish a clear attribution model for our activities across channels
  • Build dashboards and self‑service reporting (Power BI / Looker Studio)
  • Provide clear insights and recommendations to commercial and leadership teams
  • Support with category and channel performance analysis
  • Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, E‑commerce and Finance
  • Help define best practices for data quality, governance and analytics ways of working

 

What we are looking for

 

  • 5 years’ experience in commercial, sales or e‑commerce analytics
  • Strong ability to connect data across channels and tell a clear business story
  • Experience working with dashboards and data visualisation tools
  • A proactive, self‑starting mindset with an entrepreneurial approach
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and either Danish or Swedish

You will be part of our new Nordic Customer Experience Team where we work across all customer fronting channels (marketing, ecommerce, sales, customer service). We offer you real ownership, not just reporting, to shape how data is used and how we grow.

 

We use PowerBi, Looker, BigQuery, SQL and Python primarily.  

 

Location: Mediq’s Frederiksberg (Denmark) or Kungsbacka (Sweden) office.
