Student Assistant for AI and Digital
This is a great opportunity for students who want hands-on experience with AI in a real business setting. You will work directly with our Digital Project Lead on AI adoption and digital initiatives across the Nordics.
We are part of a major European healthcare company going through a real digital transformation. AI is moving from experiment to production, and we need help figuring out where it actually adds value.
We are looking for a curious and analytical student assistant to support the Digital Project Lead in our Nordic Digital and Marketing team. The role suits a student in computer science, data science, business, engineering, or a related field. You will help us identify where AI fits, build lightweight workflows, and support digital projects across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
You will be part of a small Nordic team with a hands-on culture. You will learn agile ways of working, get exposure to senior stakeholders, and have a real say in how your role develops.

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?
- Map and analyze business processes to find where AI can add real value.
- Help design, build, and test AI agentic workflows.
- Prototype lightweight digital tools and automations that solve concrete problems for our Nordic teams.
- Support ongoing digital projects with documentation, stakeholder updates, and progress tracking.
- Research and evaluate new AI tools and methods and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Help run our internal AI community with demos, exercises, and showcase content
- Maintain project documentation and portfolio views.
Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?
- You have a driven personality, and you take ownership of new initiatives. You are comfortable working with ambiguity, and you enjoy turning ideas into something concrete.
- Hands-on experience with at least one AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar).
- Familiarity with low-code or automation platforms (Power Automate, Make, n8n, or similar) is a plus.
- Some scripting or coding ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong written communication in English. Danish is nice to have.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
